Fix an auction table layout where item numbers and tables disagree. Zone tables by item ID so catalog, table signs, and bid sheets match and volunteers collect the right sheets.

When each auction table sets its own bid increments, winning bids become hard to explain. Approve one increment table, print it, and log exceptions.

A silent auction closing sheet records each section's close time, last bid sheet number, and collector so late bids are handled, not mixed into normal close.

Two bidders with the same number make bid sheets impossible to settle. Learn how to assign unique bidder numbers from a registration log before sheets go out.

Your silent auction bid sheet template prints with missing fields or cut-off rows. Diagnose the layout, fix the template, and test one sheet before the full run.
