Files and format
Open `N31_空白版.xlsx`; Item_Master is the single source for item numbers.
Keep the source
Print bid sheets from the matching dated copy; the finance CSV is derived from the ledger.
Before entering data: confirm the version and file type in the product page; keep an untouched blank copy.
First pass
Make a dated copy of the blank file.
Enter one test row/record with a fictional value.
Save, close and reopen the file; confirm the value persisted.
Export/print one test output before entering the full set.
