Privacy notice

Effective 29 October 2026. This notice explains the limited personal data involved when you visit this website or buy a digital download. The checkout and payment are handled by Creem (Creem.io) as merchant of record.

What this website collects

This website does not create customer accounts or run a public contact form. The web server records ordinary technical logs such as the requested URL, time, browser user agent and IP address for security and troubleshooting. If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any order reference you choose to include.

Checkout data

When you choose “Buy securely via Creem”, you leave this website and enter Creem’s hosted checkout. Creem collects the name, email, billing address, payment method and order details needed to process the payment, issue a receipt, calculate tax and provide the customer portal. Creem’s privacy notice and buyer terms apply to that processing. This website does not receive or store full card numbers.

Why it is used

Order and support data are used to deliver the purchased file, answer delivery or refund questions, prevent duplicate or fraudulent orders, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and providers

Creem retains transaction and tax records under its own policies. Support emails and server logs are kept only as long as needed for support, security and record-keeping, then deleted or archived as required. The payment provider, hosting provider and email provider process data on their own terms.

Your choices

You can ask about access, correction or deletion of support data by emailing lshizhen56@gmail.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for tax or legal reasons. For data held by Creem, use Creem’s privacy and customer-portal routes.

Contact
