Effective 29 October 2026. These terms apply to the digital products sold on this website. The seller of record for card and wallet payments is Creem (Creem.io), which handles checkout, payment receipt, applicable tax and the customer portal.
Products and licence
Each product page describes the files, format and known limits of the download. Unless the product page says otherwise, a purchase grants one buyer or organisation the right to use and modify the files for its own internal or client work. It does not grant the right to resell, redistribute or publish the template/tool as a competing standalone product. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners.
Price, tax and payment
The price is shown in US dollars on the product page. The final amount and any applicable tax are shown at Creem checkout before payment. Creem is the merchant of record; its receipt and buyer terms apply to the payment. This website does not receive or store full card numbers.
Delivery
After Creem confirms payment, the receipt and customer portal provide access to the purchased ZIP. Download access may expire or require the checkout email. Keep the order reference and download the files promptly. Do not share private download links.
Refunds and delivery problems
See the Purchase, delivery and refund information page. If a file is missing, corrupt or materially different from its description, contact lshizhen56@gmail.com with the order reference. We will check the order and delivery record before proposing a replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory right that applies to you.
Limits
The files are provided as downloadable tools and templates. The product pages state known compatibility and testing limits. We do not promise a particular business, legal, tax, accounting or accessibility outcome. Do not rely on a template as a substitute for professional advice.
